These Terms govern your use of the RAGify website and waitlist, operated by Telelogic from Athens, Greece. By using the site you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Description
RAGify provides Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) tooling that restructures content for AI engines. The site currently offers a waitlist for early access; the production API is under active development.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to join the waitlist.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, abuse our infrastructure, or submit content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
4. Intellectual Property
All RAGify branding, source code, documentation, and generated structures are the property of Telelogic. Content you submit for processing remains yours.
5. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any specific AI engine will cite your content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telelogic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Athens.
