These Terms describe use of the AiPriva website, accounts and AEO services, operated by Telelogic from Athens, Greece. This draft is pending legal review.
Subscriptions, Credits & Free Limits
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis under the plan and billing terms shown at checkout. One credit is consumed per successful optimization; failures do not consume a credit. New free accounts receive one credit and may make up to five optimization attempts in a rolling 24-hour period, including failed attempts. Plan features and allowances are described on Pricing; manage your subscription through the billing portal.
1. Service Description
AiPriva restructures submitted text or fetched web content into summaries, source-grounded Key Facts tables, question headings, FAQs and JSON-LD. It provides document storage and export, a REST API, an MCP server, outgoing webhooks, signature-verified Holo publishing and Agency bulk tools, subject to your plan. Tables depend on facts available in the source; check warnings and review generated output before publishing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to create an account. Keep your sign-in credentials and API keys secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. API access depends on your plan. Revoke keys you no longer need or suspect are compromised.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, abuse our infrastructure, or submit content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.
4. Intellectual Property
All AiPriva branding, source code, documentation, and generated structures are the property of Telelogic. Content you submit for processing remains yours.
5. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any specific AI engine will cite your content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Telelogic is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of Athens.
