RAGify ("we", "us") is operated by Telelogic, based in Athens, Greece. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use ragify.ai and how we handle it in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data We Collect
When you join our waitlist we collect the email address you submit. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive whatever information you choose to provide. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and analytics.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your email solely to notify you about early access, product updates, and onboarding instructions. Server logs are used to operate, secure, and improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Cookies & Advertising
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site functional and remember your language preference. We also load Google Ads (gtag.js, ID AW-16799880044) to measure ad campaign performance and enable remarketing — this may set first-party Google cookies. Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring marketing effectiveness; you can opt out via Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.
4. Third-Party Processors
Email delivery and hosting infrastructure may be provided by EU-based or GDPR-compliant processors under appropriate data processing agreements.

6. Data Retention
Waitlist emails are retained until you ask us to remove them or until the product launches and you decline to create an account.
