AiPriva ("we", "us") is operated by Telelogic, based in Athens, Greece. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use aipriva.com and how we handle it in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data We Collect
We process account and sign-in data, including your email and optional display name; plan, credit and Stripe billing identifiers; submitted URLs and original content; optimized documents, JSON-LD, AEO checks and search embeddings; API key hashes and usage timestamps; configured webhook addresses and bulk-job records. We also process information you send when contacting us and operational logs for security and troubleshooting. Stripe processes payment details.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use these data to manage accounts, provide content fetching and optimization, store and search your results, deliver configured webhooks, run bulk jobs, administer credits and subscriptions, and respond to support requests. Account and service processing supports performance of our contract; billing records may be retained for legal obligations; security processing supports our legitimate interests. Optional analytics and advertising follow your consent choices. We do not sell your personal data.
3. Cookies & Advertising
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site functional and remember your language preference. We also load Google Ads (gtag.js, ID AW-16799880044) to measure ad campaign performance and enable remarketing — this may set first-party Google cookies. Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring marketing effectiveness; you can opt out via Google's Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser.
4. Third-Party Processors
Firecrawl receives submitted URLs to fetch page content. AI model providers receive submitted or fetched content through the Lovable AI Gateway for optimization and embeddings. Lovable Cloud uses Supabase for hosting, authentication and data storage. Stripe processes billing and payments. Google processes advertising and measurement data according to your consent settings. Results are also sent to webhook endpoints you configure. Provider retention, processing locations and international-transfer safeguards must be confirmed during legal review; we do not claim that all processing takes place in the EU.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email info@telelogic.gr.
6. Data Retention
Documents and associated results remain stored without an automatic age-based expiry. You can delete any document yourself at any time from Dashboard → Documents (the ⋯ menu → Delete); deletion is immediate and permanent, and removes the document, its optimized results and its search data. To request account and associated-data deletion, email info@telelogic.gr from your account email address. Billing records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations, and deletion from provider backups may follow their retention cycles. Exact billing, log and backup retention periods remain subject to legal review.
